Title: Consultant Operational Resilience / Business Continuity

What will you do:
Our Business Continuity & Resilience team helps organizations prepare for, manage and recover from disruptions. We design and improve frameworks that strengthen operational resilience, business continuity and disaster recovery.
- Help clients develop and enhance Business Continuity and Crisis Management programs (e.g., ISO 22301).
- Advise on governance, roles and responsibilities, and support the planning and execution of testing exercises.
- Review and improve crisis response approaches and broader resilience strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments, BIAs and continuity planning to strengthen preparedness.
- Guide clients on regulatory requirements (e.g., CER) and recognized best practices.
- Work closely with risk, compliance and operations teams to embed resilience into broader risk frameworks.
- Support clients on their ISO 22301 certification journey and help increase continuity maturity levels.
We collaborate across a variety of industries, combining practical experience with deep expertise in risk and resilience.
What do you need:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in risk management, business continuity, crisis management or disaster recovery, either in‑house or as a consultant.
- Solid understanding of business continuity practices (ISO 22301 is a plus).
- Familiarity with EU/BE regulations such as DORA, NIS2 and CER.
- Experience conducting BIAs, risk assessments and continuity planning.
- Strong analytical skills and a practical, hands‑on mindset.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
- A proactive, collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently and contribute to business growth.
- Confidence working with AI tools, with a thoughtful and critical mindset toward applying AI in daily tasks and team collaboration.
