Title:  (Senior) Manager Finance Transformation - CFO Advisory

At KPMG Belgium, our CFO Advisory team helps leading organizations transform their finance function into a strategic business partner. We work alongside CFOs and finance leaders to redesign finance operating models, improve efficiency and effectiveness, optimize costs, strengthen decision-making capabilities and prepare their organizations for an increasingly digital and AI-enabled future.

As a Manager or Senior Manager within CFO Advisory, you will play a key role in helping clients address their most critical finance challenges while contributing to the continued growth of one of Belgium's leading Finance Transformation practices.

What you will do

Working closely with our Partners and Directors, you will contribute to client delivery, business development, practice growth and talent development initiatives.

• Help CFOs transform their finance function into a strategic, efficient and future-ready business partner.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives covering operating model design, process excellence, organizational change and digital enablement.
• Drive value creation through cost optimization, productivity improvement and working capital transformation.
• Help clients leverage automation, data and AI to modernize finance organizations and ways of working.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders while contributing to the growth of KPMG's Finance Transformation practice.
• Coach and develop the next generation of Finance Transformation professionals.

What we are looking for

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Manager: 6-9 years of relevant experience in finance transformation, consulting or a related field.
• Senior Manager: 9+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record in leading transformation programs and managing senior client stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of finance functions, operating models and transformation programs.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:

Shared Services & Global Business Services

Finance Process Excellence

Organizational Design & Governance

Cost Transformation & Productivity Improvement

Working Capital Improvement

ERP-Enabled Finance Transformation

Data, Digital & AI in Finance

Change Management & Transformation Delivery

• Proven project leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting business development activities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity and a passion for helping organizations transform.
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French.
