Roles & Responsibilities

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Associate Business & Commercial Law met een sterke interesse in ondernemings- en handelsrecht om ons team in Kortrijk of Gent te versterken.

Als Associate binnen ons team Business & Commercial Law werk je samen met een team van toegewijde advocaten en ondersteun je cliënten bij juridische vraagstukken met betrekking tot:

• commerciële en burgerrechtelijke overeenkomsten;
• (oneerlijke) handelspraktijken;
• economisch recht;
• distributie-, agentuur- en franchiseovereenkomsten;
• internationale handel
• consumentenrecht
• mededinginsgrecht
• e-commerce
• IP-/IT-law
• Bouwrecht
• etc.

Je wordt betrokken bij een brede waaier aan projecten en verleent diverse juridische diensten aan onze lokale, nationale en internationale cliënten.

Daarnaast krijg je ook de mogelijkheid relaties met klanten op te bouwen en te onderhouden.

Skills & Qualifications

• Je behaalde een Belgisch masterdiploma in de rechten, met een specialisatie of sterke focus op handels- en economisch recht.
• Een bijkomende kwalificatie of internationale opleiding is een pluspunt.
• Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring.
• Je bent leergierig en hebt de ambitie om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen dit rechtsdomein.
• Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en uitstekende schrijfvaardigheden.
• Je spreekt Nederlands en beheerst het Engels vlot; goede kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
• Je bent een echte teamspeler.
