We welcome applications from students from a broad range of academic disciplines. There is no preferred field of study. Applicants should highlight in their application how their academic background, experiences and interests relate to consulting for European institutions.
Your studies should have advanced from the initial semesters and ideally you can demonstrate prior work experience in Consultancy or European institutions.
While academic qualifications are important, there are several other main competences we highly value, including:
- Navigate the policy, governance and stakeholder landscape of European institutions and multilateral organisations.
- Communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact in fluent English.
- Transform research and analysis into clear insights, briefings and recommendations.

- Deliver high-quality work while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
